Description

Lose yourself inside the magic of nature offered by our mesmerizing Divines’ Bay Ocean-front Eco-chalets. For those looking to disconnect from busy city life, your waterfront chalet will give you the perfect backdrop of the majestic untouched wildlife of the Galapagos. While enjoying a cool drink, blue haroons and iguanas will become a part of your scenery to make your experience feel like a utopia. For those seeking adventure, swimming and snorkeling are available literally at your doorstep.

The space

Janine’s Chalet is right on the water which means our guests can privately enjoy the blue skies and ocean breeze of this wonderful paradise. The space offers two rooms which consist of one queen-sized bed, two twin beds, which can also be put together by request, fitting 4-5 people. Furthermore, the chalet has its own kitchen that comes with basic kitchen utensils and breakfast essentials.

Guest access

We take care of the transportation in and out of Isla Santa Cruz. Our guests will receive a key to their chalet, but someone will always be in reception to help and answer any questions. Whenever you would like a taste of city life, however, a ten-minute walk will take you to the dock on the “Barranco”, or cliff, where an aqua-taxi can take you across the bay into town.

Other things to note

Located in Galapagos Island – Playa de los Alemanes – Punta Estrada – Santa Cruz Island. DO NOT FLY TO SAN CRISTOBAL ! You need to fly to Baltra Airport if you are coming to Santa Cruz, which is where we are located. During the first half of the year, dozens of marine iguanas make their nests in the sand. Don’t miss this unreal wildlife experience as you watch the iguana eggs hatch, and the young neonates become part of the food chain, as great blue herons on the property are one of their predators.
